The Fauna team is pleased to announce the patch update release of FaunaDB. 2.5.8 supports rolling upgrades from previous 2.5 releases. The release is available for download now. If you are running your application on the FaunaDB cloud, you are already up and running on this version.
Highlights
FaunaDB 2.5.8 allows customers to perform a rolling upgrade of their existing 2.5.x systems to 2.6.0. This patch release allows existing 2.5.8 nodes to work with nodes that are already upgraded to 2.6.0.
Apart from the 2.5.8 release, we have also made a few updates to the Fauna Shell, a query interface for FaunaDB. For more information and installation instructions, see the Fauna Shell repository.
